Role Overview: SejalGlassUAE is seeking a talented and highly professional Executive Assistant (Female) to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our top leadership team. Key Responsibilities: The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing executive schedules, coordinating travel itineraries, and organizing meetings at both internal and external levels. This includes drafting, reviewing, and managing communication, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information, and ensuring that deadlines and key deliverables are consistently met without delay.

Administrative Excellence: This role requires a strong focus on maintaining organizational efficiency. The selected candidate will be expected to prepare reports, handle correspondence, and follow up on action items. She will ensure that all administrative operations run smoothly, providing executives the time and clarity needed to focus on high-level decision-making.

Stakeholder Engagement: The Executive Assistant will serve as a point of contact between leadership and various internal and external stakeholders. She will coordinate across departments, schedule multi-departmental meetings, and maintain professional communication standards to ensure smooth stakeholder engagement and timely resolution of issues.
