About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a background in audit department operations and exceptional organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive executive support to senior management
Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings efficiently
Coordinate with the audit department on various administrative matters
Handle confidential documents and information with utmost discretion
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items
Manage office supplies and maintain inventory records
Assist in preparation of audit-related documentation
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
Experience in audit department operations (strong advantage)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Strong understanding of office management systems and procedures
