Position Overview
We are seeking highly organized and professional Executive Assistants to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives in our Abu Dhabi office. The ideal candidates will be proactive, discrete, and excellent at managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Handle confidential information and correspondence with utmost discretion
Prepare and edit business documents, presentations, and reports
Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events
Screen and direct calls, emails, and visitors
Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items
Manage expense reports and handle administrative budget tracking
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
Maintain filing systems and organize documents (both digital and physical)
Provide general office support and manage office supplies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Previous experience in the UAE corporate environment preferred
