Executive Assistant

Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our banking team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an EA, preferably within the corporate sector, and possess exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with a background in the corporate sector.

Experience working in a large multinational corporation is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

High attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring quality work delivery.

Proven ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and solve problems proactively with minimal supervision.

Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
