Job Description:

Fundamental Hospitality is seeking an experienced Events Manager with a background in marketing to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating various events and functions for our restaurant and hospitality group.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute events, parties, and other functions based on client requirements

Liaise with clients to understand their event needs and preferences

Promote and market the company's event planning capabilities to potential clients

Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, budgeting, and staffing

Analyze event performance data and adjust future strategies accordingly

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, or a related field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Events Manager or similar role

Strong marketing and promotional skills, with a proven track record of successful campaigns

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities

Outstanding customer service and communication skills

Knowledge of the hospitality industry preferred

Fluency in English is required, additional language skills are an asset
