Salary: Up to 7K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description

Develop knowledge of Food & Beverage and all facilities, including detailed menu and wine knowledge, size and capacities of function areas and restaurants.

Respond to business enquiries promptly, identifying the needs of clients/potential clients accurately and efficiently.

Prepare client function sheets accurately and promptly, ensuring details are communicated to all those concerned.

Ensure that the policies, procedures, and rules are adhered to at all times, including loss and/or damage to the property and/or revenue.

Attend training courses as determined by the Department and the needs of the business, including annual fire, hygiene, health, and safety training.

Requirements

Qualifications:

35 years old and below

Diploma in hospitality is an advantage

At least 2 years of experience as an Events Executive in the hospitality industry
