Events Executive Position

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary Range: AED 7,500-10,000

Experience Required: 4-5 years total (minimum 1 year UAE experience)

Job Overview

Looking for a dynamic Events Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end event planning and execution while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Event Planning & Management

Create comprehensive event task lists from conception to completion

Develop and manage event budgets and timelines

Oversee successful execution of all event deliverables

Handle problem resolution during events

Prepare event closeout reports and success analysis

2. Project Coordination

Manage and delegate tasks according to event plans

Coordinate with internal and external teams for:

Documentation and permissions

Design and collateral requirements

Venue selection and management

Props and equipment

Staff recruitment and training

Logistics coordination

Ensure quality control throughout the project

Monitor and maintain project timelines

Manage resource allocation and budgets

3. Client & Vendor Management

Maintain regular client communication on:

Project updates

Deliverables status

Requirement clarification

Query resolution

Build and maintain relationships with key vendors

Identify and develop partnerships with new suppliers

Required Qualifications

4-5 years of event management experience

Minimum 1 year UAE market experience

Strong project management skills

Excellent communication abilities

Budget management experience

Problem-solving capabilities

Team leadership skills
