Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Event Logistics Management: Coordinate and manage event logistics, ensuring all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly.

Vendor Liaison: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of services and products.

Event Planning: Assist in the development and implementation of event plans, schedules, and timelines.

On-site Operations: Oversee on-site event operations, providing support and troubleshooting as needed.

Marketing Coordination: Work closely with the marketing and communications team to promote the event and drive attendance.

Budget Management: Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.

Post-event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and gather feedback from participants and stakeholders.

Requirements

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Events and Marketing Manager with a proven track record in event planning and execution, preferably within the sports or entertainment industry.

Qualifications:

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders.

Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility: Candidates must have their own visa and be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the event schedule.

Experience: Proven experience in event planning and execution, preferably within the sports or entertainment industry.

Salary:

AED 5,000 to 45,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
