Summary:

You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to customers. The Event Sales Coordinator assists operationally and administratively in achieving the department's pre-determined sales and revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and coordination of events to ensure client satisfaction and smooth execution.

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing contracts, proposals, and correspondence.

Maintain accurate records of event details, client communications, and sales activities.

Support the sales team in meeting revenue targets and sales goals.

Ensure high standards of customer service and communication with clients and internal teams.

Assist in the implementation of marketing and promotional activities for events.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Ideally possess a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.

Minimum 2 years of work experience in hotel operations or a similar role.

Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
