Job Description

Meliora Hospitality seeks a dynamic Event Manager to orchestrate exceptional private dining experiences across our collection of award-winning restaurants. This role blends creative vision with operational precision to deliver unforgettable moments in Dubai’s competitive culinary landscape.

Event Sales Conversion

You will transform inquiries into confirmed bookings through consultative selling and compelling proposals. Your ability to articulate our unique value proposition will maximize occupancy of our private dining spaces while maintaining premium positioning.

End-to-End Event Execution

From intimate celebrations to corporate gatherings, you’ll oversee every detail – menu customization, décor coordination, and timeline management. Your meticulous planning ensures flawless execution that exceeds guest expectations.

Culinary Collaboration

Working closely with executive chefs, you’ll translate client visions into curated F&B experiences. Your food and beverage expertise will guide menu selections that showcase our culinary artistry while meeting budgetary parameters.

Operational Coordination

The role demands seamless synchronization between service teams, vendors, and clients. Your pre-event briefings and real-time troubleshooting will maintain our standards during peak service periods.

Technology Utilization

You’ll leverage booking systems and CRM tools to manage calendars, client preferences, and post-event follow-ups. Your data-driven approach will build a loyal clientele through personalized touches.

Brand Stewardship

As the events ambassador, you’ll ensure every gathering reflects our identity – from initial contact to post-event thank you notes. Your attention to detail will preserve our reputation for extraordinary hospitality.

Candidate Profile

We require:

  • 2-4 years in F&B/hotel events
  • Proven track record in premium venues
  • Natural charisma and negotiation skills
  • Flexibility for event-driven schedules
  • UAE experience preferred
