Join Our Growing HR Team: SCC Skyline Contracting Co. L.L.C. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our human resources operations in Dubai. Key Role Overview: As an HR Assistant, your responsibilities will revolve around maintaining employee records, managing day-to-day HR functions, and ensuring smooth communication between HR and staff. You will act as a critical support system for the HR department and play a role in ensuring compliance and accuracy in all processes.

Documentation and Records: You will be expected to manage HR documentation with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. From employment contracts and onboarding forms to maintaining up-to-date personnel files, your attention to detail will directly impact operational success.

Visa and Administrative Tasks: Prior experience in visa application procedures is a strong plus. Your tasks may include coordinating with PROs, submitting required documents, and following up on visa-related approvals. This ensures a seamless experience for our employees and meets company compliance requirements.

Employee Support and Coordination: You will support employees by answering queries, assisting with leave management, preparing HR letters, and contributing to employee engagement activities. Your role helps build a responsive and helpful HR environment.

Organizational Culture: As a bridge between employees and management, you will help maintain a professional and transparent workplace culture. Your communication skills and approachability will be key in fostering team morale and cooperation.
