Tendering & Proposal Development: The role requires strong participation in the preparation of competitive tenders. You will support the estimation manager in compiling and submitting complete bids, ensuring compliance with client requirements and tight deadlines.

Coordination with Procurement & Engineering Teams: The Estimation Engineer will act as a liaison between procurement and engineering departments to confirm specification compliance and vendor pricing accuracy. This ensures alignment between estimated costs and real-time procurement capabilities.

Document Review & Scope Understanding: A key responsibility is reviewing project drawings, BOQs, and tender documents thoroughly to understand the complete scope of work. Attention to detail is critical to identify discrepancies, variations, and omissions early in the bidding process.

Cost Optimization & Value Engineering: You'll contribute ideas for cost-effective alternatives in materials, construction techniques, or scheduling to ensure competitiveness without compromising quality. This involves strategic thinking and market awareness.

Technical & Commercial Compliance: The candidate must ensure that all tender submissions adhere to technical and commercial requirements specified by the client. This includes compiling all supporting documentation and pricing sheets with clarity and precision.
