ERP Financial Consultant

Job Purpose:

Maintain and support Oracle Fusion and EBS Finance and Projects Applications.

Implement future Finance and Projects modules for new changes/enhancements.

Integrate with different ERPs and propose solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing implementation and production support for Fusion Financial Applications (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Oracle Financials Intelligence, Hyperion Planning & Financial Management, etc.).

Lead the planning, designing, developing, testing, and deployment of efficient solutions.

Gather business requirements and prepare business process flows, functional design documents, and training materials.

Configure and set up Oracle Financial modules to meet business requirements.

Provide requirements for data conversion and participate in data reconciliation procedures.

Guide end-users and respond to inquiries about system functionalities.

Perform system integration testing and assist in user acceptance tests.

Internal and External Relations:

Work closely with internal departments (Finance, Project Team, CRM Team, Marketing, Corporate Governance).

Liaise with external consultants, auditors, implementers, and Oracle Corporation Support Team.

Qualifications:

Preferred finance degree.

10+ years of experience with good exposure to Oracle Fusion and EBS.

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Special technical skills: Managing Projects and Programs, Information Management, Finance Policies and Procedures, Accounting International Standards, Business Process Mapping, Oracle Configuration, and setup.
