ER (Emergency Room) Staff Nurse

Position Overview: Saudi German Health UAE is seeking highly skilled and dedicated ER Staff Nurses to join our emergency departments in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah. The selected candidates will work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment, delivering exceptional emergency medical care to patients experiencing acute and life-threatening conditions. This position requires quick decision-making, professional confidence, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities: As an ER Staff Nurse, your core responsibility is to assess, triage, and stabilize patients entering the emergency department. You will provide critical care interventions, assist physicians during medical procedures, and ensure that all emergency protocols are followed efficiently. Handling trauma cases, cardiac arrests, and other critical incidents with professionalism and composure will be part of your daily duties.

Clinical Expertise and Patient Care: You will play an essential role in performing immediate medical assessments, administering medications, managing IV lines, and monitoring vital signs. The position demands strong clinical judgment and hands-on experience in managing high-pressure situations. The ER nurse must remain calm, attentive, and compassionate, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the emergency care process.

Team Collaboration and Communication: The ER Staff Nurse will work closely with doctors, paramedics, and other nurses to ensure prompt and coordinated care delivery. Clear communication, teamwork, and the ability to follow physician orders swiftly are key to success in this role. Nurses will also be responsible for updating families on patient status in a professional and empathetic manner.

Documentation and Compliance: Maintaining accurate medical documentation, patient charts, and reports is a vital aspect of this role. The nurse must ensure that all data related to patient assessments, treatments, and progress are recorded as per DHA/MOH standards. Adherence to hospital policies, safety regulations, and infection control protocols is mandatory.
