Job Description

Care Professional Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for translating business strategies and objectives into an efficient operating model while ensuring the organization's IT infrastructure aligns with its future goals. The role demands a deep understanding of business processes, technology, and architecture frameworks to drive the evolution of the enterprise architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Strategy Translation: Translate business strategies and objectives into a comprehensive operating model.

Capability Assessment: Assess current organizational capabilities and identify necessary changes to achieve strategic objectives.

Interrelationships Mapping: Describe the interrelationships between people, organization, service, process, data, information, technology, and the external environment.

Architectural Modeling: Create, iterate, and maintain architectural models and views that embody key principles describing the organization’s future state and enabling its evolution.

Agile Practices Implementation: Implement enterprise architecture working practices to support and enable iterative/agile working environments.

Business Interpretation: Interpret business goals and drivers to inform architectural decisions.

Documentation and Communication: Document and communicate constraints, standards, and guiding principles necessary to define, assure, and govern the required evolution.

Facilitating Organizational Change: Use architectural models and processes to facilitate changes in the organization’s structure, business processes, information or data, business systems, and infrastructure.

Cloud Adoption: Describe where and why the enterprise will benefit from cloud-based solutions and oversee their implementation.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technology/Engineering, Science, or a related field.

Experience: 4-8 years of experience in enterprise architecture, preferably within large-scale organizations.

Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of architectural frameworks, cloud technologies, and agile methodologies.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret complex business strategies and translate them into architectural models.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF) are a plus.
