Job Description / Role:

Baroudi is seeking a skilled Engineer/Technician specialized in Cast Polypropylene (CPP) Film to join their team in Amman, Jordan. This role involves the operation and maintenance of a 3-layer CPP Film line, ensuring optimal production and quality control.

Main Tasks:

Operation & Maintenance: Oversee the operation and maintenance of the 3-layer Cast Polypropylene (CPP) Film line.

Raw Material Selection: Choose the optimal raw materials and production conditions for CPP film manufacturing.

Equipment Calibration: Calibrate and maintain equipment used in the production process, including extruders, casting units, chill rolls, and accessories to ensure they perform optimally.

Team Leadership: Lead a team of technicians to ensure smooth operations.

Slitter & Metallizer Maintenance: Maintain the slitter and metallizer of CPP film to ensure product quality.

Winding & Properties: Ensure optimal winding and desired properties of the CPP film.

Requirements:

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of CPP (Cast Polypropylene) film production lines.

Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in selecting raw materials and optimizing processes for CPP film production, particularly for corona-treated metallized film with a heat-sealable layer.

Equipment Expertise: Strong knowledge of calibrating and maintaining production equipment, including extruders, casting units, chill rolls, and other related accessories.

Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality control and attention to detail.

Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
