Job Description
Engineering Coordination The Engineering Coordinator will support engineering and project-related activities across multiple company sites, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong coordination abilities to align site requirements with engineering plans while maintaining consistency and operational control.
Project Support The position involves assisting the Engineering and Projects Manager in planning, monitoring, and executing engineering projects. The coordinator will track progress, support scheduling activities, and ensure that project milestones are followed in line with approved timelines and objectives.
Document Control Management A key responsibility of this role is maintaining strict control over engineering and project documentation. This includes drawings, RFIs, submittals, approvals, BOQs, contracts, and official correspondence, ensuring proper version control and organized document circulation.
Tracking and Reporting The Engineering Coordinator will prepare and maintain detailed trackers for project timelines, drawings, approvals, RFIs, and deliverables. Accurate reporting and regular updates are essential to provide visibility on project and maintenance status across all sites.
Maintenance Coordination The role includes coordinating planned and reactive maintenance activities with site teams, vendors, and contractors. The coordinator will ensure that maintenance activities are scheduled effectively and executed with minimal operational disruption.
Records and Compliance Maintaining accurate maintenance records, service logs, and inspection reports is a critical function of this role. The Engineering Coordinator will ensure that records are complete, up to date, and readily available to support audits, inspections, and compliance requirements.
