Requirements

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree required

2-5 years of relevant experience

Fluency in Arabic and English

Technical Skills

Payroll management experience

Oracle EBS experience preferred

Oracle Fusion knowledge is a plus

Health insurance renewal process expertise

Advanced HR data analytics and reporting capabilities

Experience with data reconciliation

HR process automation knowledge is advantageous
