Job Description
Responsibilities:
Address employee concerns, complaints, and grievances in a timely and confidential manner
Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently applied and adhere to labor laws and regulations
Identify training needs related to employee relations and conduct or coordinate relevant training sessions
Serve as a liaison between employees and management to maintain positive employee relations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resource management, or equivalent
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an employee relations officer
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Qatar
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Bilingual (Arabic and English) preferred
