Job Description

Role Overview: As an Employee Relations & Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for addressing workplace concerns, ensuring employee satisfaction, and fostering a culture of collaboration.

Key Responsibilities: You will handle grievance management, employee queries, HR policy communication, and performance discussions while ensuring fair and transparent processes.

Conflict Resolution: The role involves resolving disputes, conducting investigations, and working with managers to maintain a respectful workplace.

Policy Compliance: You will ensure that employees are aware of and comply with company policies and UAE labor laws.

Engagement Programs: Alongside employee relations, you will design initiatives that enhance employee motivation, recognition, and well-being.

Collaboration: You will work closely with HR leadership to recommend improvements based on employee feedback and data.
