Job Description

Employee Relations Coordinator – Role Overview: This role focuses on creating a positive workplace environment by handling employee relations, grievances, and HR support activities.

Employee Engagement: The coordinator will develop and manage employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.

Conflict Resolution: Responsibilities include addressing workplace conflicts, conducting investigations, and ensuring fair and consistent resolutions.

Policy Implementation: Ensuring HR policies are communicated and adhered to while supporting managers with employee-related processes.

Compliance & Reporting: The role involves ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and documenting all ER-related matters accurately.

Support & Coordination: The coordinator will work closely with HR managers to improve workplace culture and support employee well-being.
