Job Description

Role Summary: Abu Issa Holding is seeking a compassionate and competent Employee Affairs Coordinator to join our HR department in Qatar. This position is vital to maintaining a positive workplace culture and serves as a direct liaison between employees and the organization. The successful candidate will be a people-first professional with a strong sense of empathy, discretion, and fairness in handling staff matters.

HR Support & Communication: In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, offering thoughtful guidance while upholding company values and labor regulations. You will be expected to listen actively, evaluate situations fairly, and offer solutions aligned with both company policy and employee well-being.

Employee Relations: A significant portion of your responsibility will involve managing employee relations cases, such as conflict resolution, misconduct investigations, and support during disciplinary actions. Maintaining neutrality and professionalism will be essential to fostering a healthy, respectful work environment.

Exit Interviews & Settlements: You will conduct exit interviews, gather feedback, and help ensure smooth offboarding processes, including final settlements and clearance documentation. Your insight will help improve retention and employee satisfaction over time.

Attendance & Leave Monitoring: You will regularly review and track employee attendance, leave balances, and absence trends, ensuring data is accurate and up to date. Coordination with line managers and HR systems is critical to maintain transparent time and attendance records.

Payroll & Documentation Coordination: Collaborating closely with the payroll team, you’ll ensure that compensation, benefits, and deductions related to employee changes (e.g., terminations, resignations) are processed timely and accurately. You’ll also be responsible for organizing and filing employee documents in line with compliance standards.
