Position Overview

International Modern Hospital in Dubai is seeking experienced Emergency Nurses to join our dynamic Emergency Department. The ideal candidates will be skilled in providing high-quality emergency care and have the ability to work effectively in fast-paced, critical situations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform rapid patient assessments and initiate appropriate emergency care protocols

Provide immediate nursing interventions and treatments in emergency situations

Assist in resuscitation and trauma cases

Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Collaborate with emergency physicians and healthcare team members

Participate in patient triage and prioritization

Maintain accurate and detailed medical records

Support and communicate with patients' families

Assist in emergency department operations and workflow management

Participate in emergency response training and drills

Follow infection control and safety protocols

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)

Valid DHA license or eligibility for DHA licensing

Minimum 2 years of emergency nursing experience

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification

PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification preferred

Experience with emergency medical equipment and procedures

Strong clinical assessment skills

Excellent English communication skills

Computer literacy and experience with electronic medical records
