About the Role

We are seeking licensed Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) to join our dedicated team at Capital Ambulance. As an EMT, you will provide critical pre-hospital emergency medical care and transportation for patients requiring urgent medical attention.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls with promptness and professionalism

Perform patient assessments and provide appropriate emergency medical care according to protocols

Safely operate emergency vehicles under all types of weather and road conditions

Accurately complete patient care reports and other required documentation

Maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of emergency vehicles and equipment

Conduct daily equipment checks and inventory management

Collaborate effectively with hospital staff, police, fire department, and other emergency service providers

Participate in required training and continuing education programs

Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures

Required Qualifications

Active Department of Health (DOH) License for UAE

Valid EMT certification

Clean driving record

Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy loads

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Basic computer skills for documentation purposes

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience as an EMT in the UAE

Additional emergency medical certifications

Arabic language skills

Experience with electronic patient care reporting systems

Basic Life Support (BLS) instructor certification

Full-time position with rotating shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
