Job Overview:

Via Medica International is seeking dedicated and compassionate Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) to join our critical healthcare team in Abu Dhabi. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives through professional emergency medical care.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond quickly and efficiently to emergency medical situations

Provide immediate medical assessment and care to patients

Perform basic and advanced life support procedures

Transport patients safely to medical facilities

Operate and maintain emergency medical equipment

Document patient care and medical interventions accurately

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals

Maintain high standards of patient care and safety

Respond to a variety of medical emergencies, including trauma, cardiac, and respiratory incidents

Provide emotional support to patients and their families during critical moments

Qualifications:

Certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)

Valid EMT license/certification

Current CPR and First Aid certifications

Strong physical fitness and ability to lift and move patients

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work under high-pressure situations

Calm and professional demeanor

Clean driving record

Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced EMT or Paramedic certification

Previous emergency medical experience

Knowledge of Arabic (in addition to English)

Experience in pre-hospital emergency care
