Overview:

Al-Futtaim is seeking an experienced and dedicated ELV Project Engineer to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) projects, including structured cabling, CCTV, and access control systems. This role requires a professional with excellent project management skills and a comprehensive understanding of ADMC regulations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Plan, execute, and oversee ELV projects from inception to completion.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Technical Oversight:

Supervise the installation and commissioning of ELV systems, including structured cabling, CCTV, and access control systems.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during project execution.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all projects adhere to ADMC (Abu Dhabi Municipality Code) regulations and other relevant standards.

Prepare and submit necessary documentation for regulatory approvals and inspections.

Resource Management:

Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet project requirements.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary materials and equipment.

Monitor and control project costs to stay within budget.

Client Relations:

Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and stakeholders.

Ensure client satisfaction with the quality and timeliness of project deliverables.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of technicians and junior engineers.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in ELV projects in the GCC region.

Extensive knowledge of structured cabling, CCTV, and access control systems.

Valid UAE driving license.

Comprehensive understanding of ADMC regulations.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Proficient in MS Office and project management software.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
