Position Overview

We are seeking skilled Electrical Technicians to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems in commercial and industrial facilities across the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment

Diagnose and repair electrical faults in building systems

Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems

Read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings

Conduct regular inspections of electrical installations

Troubleshoot power distribution systems

Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities

Respond to emergency calls and provide technical solutions

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards

Collaborate with other maintenance teams

Prepare technical reports and maintenance logs

Required Qualifications

ITI certification or diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering

2-3 years of experience in Facilities Management within GCC

Strong knowledge of electrical systems and controls

Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment

Familiarity with building management systems

Understanding of safety protocols and procedures

Basic computer literacy for documentation

Good communication skills in English

Technical Skills

Experience with low and medium voltage systems

Knowledge of industrial control systems

Ability to read and understand technical drawings

Proficiency in using various electrical testing instruments

Understanding of HVAC electrical systems

Knowledge of power distribution systems

Familiarity with building automation systems

Safety Requirements

Knowledge of electrical safety standards

Understanding of PPE requirements

Ability to work in confined spaces

Understanding of lock-out/tag-out procedures

Knowledge of first aid and emergency response

Working Conditions

Full-time position

Shift work may be required

On-call duties for emergency responses

Work in various weather conditions

May require working at heights

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 25 kg

Capable of working in standing position for extended periods

Ability to climb ladders and work at heights

Manual dexterity for handling tools and equipment
