Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee construction and fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with electrical engineering standards and local regulations.

Manage the site team, including subcontractors and laborers, to ensure smooth project execution.

Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to establish project timelines and milestones.

Monitor project progress, budget adherence, and quality control throughout the construction phase.

Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to ensure a safe working environment.

Resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during construction.

Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and site records.

Provide technical support and guidance to the site team and contractors.

Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Possess a valid UAE driving license for site visits and project coordination.

Requirements:

Experience: 3-5 years of experience as an Electrical Site Engineer in the UAE.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

License: Valid UAE Driving License.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, practices, and standards.

Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
