Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the switchgear industry.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve sales targets.

Provide technical support and expertise to clients regarding switchgear products and solutions.

Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Negotiate contracts and terms of sale with clients.

Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.

Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company's products.

Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the switchgear industry.

Good knowledge of switchgear trading and market dynamics.

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand and explain technical products and solutions.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
