Project Overview: As an Electrical Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete electrical scope of MEP projects, ensuring all systems are designed, installed, and commissioned to the highest industry standards. The role requires technical expertise, leadership, and excellent problem-solving abilities to drive project success from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities: You will manage all project phases including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations. The position demands coordination with mechanical and civil teams to deliver integrated solutions for large-scale developments.

Technical Expertise: A strong understanding of electrical engineering principles is critical, including power distribution, lighting systems, low-current systems, grounding, and energy efficiency practices. You will also be expected to review technical drawings, prepare design modifications, and resolve engineering challenges on site.

Team Leadership: As part of your role, you will supervise site teams, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure smooth communication between project managers, subcontractors, and clients. Leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities will be crucial in meeting deadlines.

Client & Vendor Coordination: You will liaise with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns throughout the project lifecycle. Vendor and supplier coordination is also a core responsibility, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of electrical materials.

Quality & Safety Compliance: The role involves strict adherence to QA/QC procedures, electrical codes, and HSE standards. Regular inspections, audits, and compliance checks will be necessary to maintain safety and project quality.
