Role Overview – AITS Gulf is hiring an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our growing engineering team in Dubai. This position is ideal for electrical engineering professionals who can handle design, installation, maintenance, and project execution within the safety and engineering industry.

Electrical Design and Engineering – You will develop electrical designs, prepare technical drawings and schematics, conduct engineering calculations, select appropriate electrical components and systems, design electrical installations, ensure designs meet safety standards and specifications, and provide technical solutions for electrical engineering projects.

Project Execution and Installation – You will oversee electrical installation projects, coordinate with contractors and technicians, supervise installation activities, conduct site inspections, verify installation quality, ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards, troubleshoot installation issues, and ensure successful project completion.

System Testing and Commissioning – You will conduct electrical system testing, perform commissioning activities, verify system functionality, test safety features, calibrate electrical equipment, prepare test reports, document commissioning results, and ensure all electrical systems operate safely and efficiently.

Maintenance and Technical Support – You will provide technical support for electrical systems, diagnose electrical issues, conduct preventive maintenance, perform troubleshooting, repair electrical faults, coordinate maintenance activities, ensure system reliability, and support clients with technical guidance on electrical operations.

Technical Documentation – You will prepare technical documentation including design specifications, installation manuals, maintenance procedures, test reports, as-built drawings, and operational guidelines. You will maintain accurate project documentation and ensure proper record-keeping for all electrical engineering activities.

Compliance and Safety – You will ensure all electrical work complies with UAE electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. You will implement safety procedures, conduct risk assessments for electrical work, promote electrical safety practices, and ensure all activities prioritize safety and regulatory compliance.

Client Consultation and Coordination – You will consult with clients on electrical requirements, provide technical recommendations, coordinate with project stakeholders, address client technical queries, participate in project meetings, and ensure client satisfaction through quality electrical engineering services.

Requirements – Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required. Proven experience in electrical design, installation, and maintenance. Knowledge of UAE electrical codes and safety standards. Strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and project coordination capabilities essential. Proficiency with electrical design software and AutoCAD preferred.
