Job Overview: Ducon Industries is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our Engineering & Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in electrical systems, design, and troubleshooting within a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing setting. The role requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities: The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing electrical installations and systems across various company facilities. You will collaborate with the operations and production teams to ensure equipment and electrical networks operate safely and efficiently in compliance with UAE regulatory standards.

System Management: You will be tasked with managing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for electrical systems, identifying improvement opportunities in energy consumption, and proposing innovative solutions for automation and process optimization.

Project Implementation: You will support the installation and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. The position involves hands-on technical support, project documentation, vendor management, and cost estimation for electrical materials and projects.

Compliance & Safety: Part of your role will involve ensuring all electrical systems comply with local safety codes, DEWA/ADDC requirements, and industrial regulations. You will also be expected to carry out risk assessments and provide safety recommendations.

Team Collaboration: You will coordinate with internal departments like R&D, logistics, and facility management to align project objectives and operational needs. Your input will be vital in supporting sustainable engineering practices and efficient power systems.
