Leo International HR Consultancy is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing electrical systems and equipment on high-rise construction projects, ensuring that all installations meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. This role is critical to the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance phases of electrical systems, contributing to the successful completion of high-profile construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Implementation:

Design, implement, and maintain electrical systems and equipment for high-rise construction projects.

Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes, standards, and regulations.

Collaboration:

Work closely with project managers, architects, and other engineers to develop comprehensive electrical plans and designs.

Feasibility Studies & Cost Estimates:

Conduct feasibility studies and provide cost estimates for electrical installations and upgrades.

Installation & Commissioning:

Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.

Quality Control:

Perform regular inspections and quality checks to identify and resolve electrical issues and deficiencies.

Technical Guidance:

Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and subcontractors on all electrical engineering matters.

Risk Assessment & Safety:

Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to prevent electrical hazards, ensuring a safe working environment.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

A Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.

Experience:

Proven experience working on high-rise construction projects with a strong understanding of electrical systems and equipment.

Technical Skills:

In-depth knowledge of local and international electrical codes, standards, and regulations.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering software.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: AED 11,000 to 13,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
