Job Overview: As an Electrical Draughtsman, you will play a crucial role in preparing detailed electrical drawings and layouts that serve as the backbone of construction and MEP projects. You will ensure accuracy, compliance with industry standards, and alignment with client and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include developing precise electrical shop drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams. You will collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and site teams to incorporate design changes and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Technical Expertise: You must be proficient in using AutoCAD and other drafting software to create accurate 2D and 3D electrical designs. A strong understanding of electrical systems, load distribution, panel board schedules, and cable sizing is essential for success in this role.

Quality & Compliance: Ensuring all drawings are produced in line with local codes, safety standards, and client specifications is a key part of the job. You will perform quality checks on your work to minimize errors and ensure compliance with UAE standards.

Collaboration & Communication: The role requires constant interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders. Strong communication skills are necessary to interpret instructions, present design updates, and address technical queries effectively.

Problem-Solving: You will be expected to identify potential design conflicts or issues in early stages and provide feasible solutions. Being detail-oriented and proactive in your approach will help prevent costly delays and reworks during project execution.
