Job Opportunity: Ducting Chargehand

We are currently hiring for the position of Ducting Chargehand and are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team.

Position: Ducting Chargehand

Job Type: Full Time  

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead a team of ducting technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC ducting systems.

- Plan and organize daily activities, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of projects.

- Conduct inspections to assess work quality, adherence to safety standards, and compliance with specifications.

- Train and mentor junior technicians to enhance their skills and productivity.

- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and project success.

- Maintain inventory of materials and equipment, and ensure proper utilization and storage.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Ducting Chargehand or similar role.

- Proficiency in HVAC ducting installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.

- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

- Relevant technical qualifications or certifications are advantageous.
