Role Overview – Duo PC Medical Center is urgently hiring a Driver for our clinic located in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position is ideal for drivers with valid UAE driving licenses on own visa, preferably from Indian, Bangladeshi, or Nepalese nationality, with good knowledge of Abu Dhabi routes and immediate availability to join.

Patient Transportation – You will transport patients safely and comfortably between the clinic and their homes, hospitals, or other medical facilities. Your patient transportation responsibilities include assisting patients into and out of the vehicle, ensuring their comfort and safety during transit, handling medical equipment or mobility aids carefully, and providing courteous, compassionate service to individuals who may be elderly, ill, or have mobility challenges.

Medical Equipment and Supply Transport – You will transport medical equipment, supplies, laboratory samples, medications, or documents between the clinic and other healthcare facilities, laboratories, pharmacies, or suppliers. Careful handling and timely delivery ensure clinic operations run smoothly and patient care is not disrupted.

Clinic Operational Support – You will support clinic operations by running errands, making bank deposits, collecting supplies, delivering documents, and handling various tasks that require reliable transportation. Your operational support enables clinical staff to focus on patient care while administrative and logistical needs are efficiently managed.

Route Planning and Navigation – You will plan efficient routes to minimize travel time, avoid traffic, and ensure timely arrivals for patient appointments or urgent deliveries. Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi routes enables you to navigate effectively and adjust to traffic conditions or route changes as needed.

Vehicle Maintenance – You will maintain the clinic vehicle in good condition by conducting daily checks, monitoring fuel levels, ensuring cleanliness, identifying maintenance needs, reporting issues promptly, and coordinating servicing to ensure the vehicle remains safe, reliable, and presentable.

Documentation and Record Keeping – You will maintain records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and other required documentation. Proper record-keeping supports expense tracking, vehicle management, and accountability in clinic transportation activities.

Professional Conduct – You will represent the clinic professionally through courteous behavior, appropriate dress, punctuality, discretion regarding patient information, and respectful interaction with patients, staff, and external contacts. Your professionalism reflects positively on the clinic and contributes to patient trust and satisfaction.

Valid UAE Driving License – A valid UAE driving license is mandatory. You must be legally authorized to drive in the United Arab Emirates and maintain a clean driving record with no serious traffic violations.
