Draughtsman BIM (2 Positions)

Description

TIER 1 main contractor with a proven track record of delivering iconic projects across the UAE.

With 4 new major projects secured worth AED 2.4 billion, we are seeking a skilled BIM Draughtsman to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:

• As a BIM Draughtsman, you will be responsible for creating and managing detailed Building Information Models (BIM) to support our high-profile projects.

• Your role will include handling shop drawings, RFIs, material submissions, and NOCs, ensuring seamless design management and coordination.

• You will work closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to maintain accuracy and adaptability throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models and shop drawings

• Manage and resolve RFIs, material submissions, and NOCs

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective design coordination

• Adapt swiftly to project changes and maintain project schedules

Requirements:

• Strong experience with BIM modelling and design management

• Proficiency in handling shop drawings, RFIs, material submissions, and NOCs

• Excellent communication skills for teamwork and client interactions

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving project environment

• You must be based in the UAE before applying

• Up to date word formatted CV with clear scopes , contract values , contact details and project information

• Software experience handling – REVIT / AUTOCAD / NAVISCAD

• Must have held relevant experience for a reputable Main Contractor in such a post

Salary:

AED 7,000 to 13,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
