Role Overview – Dynamic Delta Group is hiring a Document Controller for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for organized professionals with strong documentation expertise, business operations knowledge, and the ability to manage document systems effectively, maintain records, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate distribution, support organizational operations, and contribute to organizational efficiency within a dynamic diversified business group.

Document Management and Control – You will manage comprehensive document control systems by organizing documents, maintaining filing systems, and ensuring proper organization. You will establish document control procedures, implement standards, and ensure compliance with documentation requirements. You will maintain organized, accessible document systems supporting group operations.

Version Control and Document Updates – You will manage document versions by tracking changes, controlling revisions, and maintaining version history. You will ensure current versions are used, prevent outdated document use, and maintain revision records. You should implement effective version control.

Document Distribution and Tracking – You will distribute documents by managing distribution lists, tracking recipients, and ensuring appropriate distribution. You will maintain distribution records and coordinate controlled distribution. You should manage document distribution systematically.

Filing and Organization Systems – You will maintain filing systems by organizing documents, establishing folder structures, and maintaining organized archives. You will ensure easy retrieval and systematic organization. You should maintain effective filing systems.

Document Receipt and Registration – You will register incoming documents by logging documents, assigning numbers, and entering information into systems. You will track document flow and maintain receipt records. You should register documents systematically.

Compliance and Standards Adherence – You will ensure document compliance by verifying adherence to standards, checking completeness, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will maintain standards-compliant documentation. You should verify compliance thoroughly.
