Job Description

Role Overview The Document Controller will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project documentation for ongoing construction projects. This role is crucial for ensuring that all project records are accurate, accessible, and compliant with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Document Management The candidate will oversee the complete lifecycle of project documents, including creation, review, approval, storage, and distribution. Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential to maintain accuracy and prevent delays in project workflows.

Project Coordination This role requires close coordination with project teams, engineers, and management to ensure timely document submission, updates, and communication. The Document Controller will act as the central point for document-related queries and requirements.

Compliance & Standards The candidate will ensure that all project documentation adheres to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Strong knowledge of documentation protocols in construction projects is critical for maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.

Language Proficiency Excellent command of both English and Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory for effective communication, documentation, and reporting. The candidate will prepare bilingual documents and correspond with stakeholders accordingly.

Organizational Skills The Document Controller must demonstrate strong organizational and coordination abilities, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring high standards of accuracy and timeliness. Strong communication skills are essential to liaise with project teams effectively.
