Document Controller – Role Overview: As a Document Controller, you will manage and control all project-related documents, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities: Your role will involve maintaining document records, version control, and ensuring timely distribution of documents to stakeholders.

Communication Duties: You will handle correspondence, prepare reports, and ensure that information is communicated clearly and efficiently to the project team.

Compliance Focus: Ensuring all documentation complies with industry standards and internal processes will be a primary responsibility.

Coordination Role: You will work closely with engineers, managers, and external partners to ensure smooth document flow across departments.

Technical Expertise: Using document management systems, archiving records, and providing technical support for file retrieval will be a key part of your daily tasks.
