Job Description
Patient Care and Responsibilities: As a Doctor on Call, your primary responsibility is to provide basic medical care to patients at hotels or their private residences. This includes conducting clinical assessments, diagnosing common health conditions, prescribing appropriate treatment, and ensuring patients receive care in the comfort of their preferred location. You will be expected to maintain high professional standards and build trust with patients by providing compassionate and ethical care.
On-Call Flexibility and Scheduling: This is a unique role requiring 24/7 availability based on incoming appointments. You are not required to remain at the office unless there's a meeting, documentation task, or internal requirement. On certain days, you may not receive any calls and are free to manage your time at home. However, on other days, calls may occur late at night or early in the morning. Flexibility, prompt response, and availability are key to success in this position.
Compensation Structure: The compensation includes a competitive fixed salary combined with commission for each appointment attended. This means your earnings have the potential to grow based on the volume of consultations and level of service provided. For every on-call service rendered, you will receive an additional percentage-based payment, making this a lucrative opportunity for proactive and responsive medical professionals.
Incentive Programs: Beyond standard compensation, Pegasus Health offers attractive incentives for upselling services such as follow-up care, premium checkups, or preventive health packages. You are also encouraged to refer clients or hotel partnerships, and each successful referral qualifies for a bonus. These programs are designed to reward your initiative and strengthen your client base.
Work-Life Balance and Autonomy: Although the role requires availability, it is not a traditional 9–5 office job. You'll enjoy a flexible working structure with significant autonomy over your schedule. There is no requirement to be physically present in a clinic unless otherwise necessary. This makes the job ideal for physicians seeking a more dynamic and independent professional lifestyle.
Compliance and Documentation: While most of your time will be spent attending to patients off-site, proper documentation and compliance are essential. You may occasionally need to visit the office for administrative tasks, regulatory paperwork, or staff meetings. All medical interventions must be recorded accurately and confidentially in accordance with UAE health laws and DHA guidelines.
How to Apply:
If you are a DHA Licensed Doctor or hold DHA Eligibility and are looking for a flexible, well-compensated medical role, send your updated CV to connect@pegasushealth.ae. Highlight your on-call availability, previous home-visit experience (if any), and any upselling or client development skills in your application.
