Role Objective: The Distributor Account Manager will serve as the primary link between the company and partner distributors, ensuring that all business relationships are nurtured, managed, and strengthened over time. This role requires a professional who understands the auto parts market, recognizes distributor challenges, and can offer solutions that enhance business efficiency, expand product reach, and drive sustainable growth in Dubai’s rapidly evolving automotive aftermarket.

Partner Relationship Management: This role requires building strong and lasting partnerships with auto parts distributors by maintaining regular communication, understanding their operational needs, and ensuring seamless integration with the company’s marketplace platform. The candidate will be responsible for strengthening engagement, enhancing distributor confidence, and providing ongoing support to maintain a high level of satisfaction across all partner accounts.

Operational Coordination: The position involves coordinating wholesale supply and warehouse workflows in collaboration with distributors, ensuring efficient inventory management and timely stock movement. Knowledge of warehouse management systems is essential, as the manager will oversee data accuracy, storage processes, and operational performance to ensure distributors experience smooth and uninterrupted workflow within the platform.

CRM & Client Database Oversight: The role includes maintaining detailed client records inside CRM systems to ensure all distributor information, communication history, agreements, and performance data remain updated. Clear and organized records support better decision-making, smoother communication, and more targeted strategies for sales improvement and business expansion.

Sales Analysis & Growth Opportunities: The Distributor Account Manager will analyze sales patterns, distributor performance, pricing structures, and market trends to identify opportunities for increased engagement and revenue. This includes preparing analytical insights, suggesting strategic improvements, and supporting data-driven decisions that help partners enhance their market positioning and achieve measurable growth.

Negotiation & Deal Closure: The role demands strong negotiation abilities to conduct discussions with distributors regarding pricing, terms, and partnership conditions. The manager will finalize agreements that benefit both the company and partners, ensuring competitive pricing, industry-standard terms, and long-term collaboration. Strong communication and confidence are essential elements of these business interactions.
