Job Description / Role:

We are looking for a motivated Dispatcher to join our dynamic team within the automotive industry in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently coordinating and dispatching vehicles and drivers. This role demands strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule vehicle and driver assignments based on customer orders and delivery requirements.

Maintain continuous communication with drivers to monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of services.

Address and resolve any issues or delays in delivery promptly, adjusting schedules as necessary to optimize efficiency.

Update and maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, vehicle availability, and service completion.

Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and company policies throughout dispatch operations.

Collaborate closely with other departments to streamline dispatch processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar role within the automotive industry.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with drivers and team members.

Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Proficiency in using dispatch software and systems is advantageous.

Comprehensive knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic patterns in Dubai, UAE.

Commitment to maintaining high safety standards and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions in a dynamic operational environment.

Education and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; additional certifications in logistics or dispatch management are preferred.
