Leadership Role: This senior leadership position involves developing and executing recruitment strategies, optimizing hiring processes, and ensuring that the company’s talent pipeline remains strong and future-ready. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of recruiters and collaborate with executive management to forecast hiring needs.

Recruitment Strategy: The Director will implement modern sourcing strategies, leverage data-driven recruitment analytics, and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies to ensure high-quality hires in line with company objectives.
