Position Overview

The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for our portfolio of luxury properties, leading a high-performing sales team, and maintaining relationships with elite clientele. This role requires a sophisticated understanding of the luxury real estate market and proven ability to close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives for luxury property portfolio

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of luxury sales professionals, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets

Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, international investors, and key stakeholders

Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales presentations and marketing materials for luxury properties

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to optimize pricing strategies and sales approaches

Represent the company at high-profile events, property exhibitions, and networking functions

Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations and maintain highest standards of professional conduct

Required Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in luxury real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in luxury real estate market

Strong network within the luxury real estate sector and experience working with high-net-worth clients

Excellence in team leadership, with demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and retain top sales talent

Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels

Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field

Valid UAE real estate certification

Desired Skills

Deep understanding of the UAE luxury real estate market and regulatory environment

Experience with international clientele and cross-cultural communication

Strong financial acumen and ability to structure complex deals

Proficiency in CRM systems and luxury real estate analytics platforms
