Position Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Direct Sales Agent (DSA) to join our client's team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in UAE sales and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Essential Requirements

Valid UAE Driving License

Previous sales experience in the UAE market

Must be currently residing in the UAE

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Proven track record in direct sales

Ability to travel within Dubai

Key Responsibilities

Sales Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers

Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects

Territory Management

Plan and optimize daily travel routes

Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions

Monitor competitive activities within assigned territory

Provide regular updates on market trends and customer feedback

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service to all clients

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers

Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Required Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong negotiation abilities

Proficiency in time management

Good understanding of the UAE market

Computer literacy for reporting and documentation

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
