Job Description

Guildhall is looking for a dynamic and experienced Direct Export Sales Manager to oversee white goods sales across the GCC countries, excluding Saudi Arabia. This position offers flexibility and is perfect for a motivated individual who wants to make a substantial impact in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Analysis and Promotion:

Analyze customer requirements and promote company products to achieve targeted revenue and profit goals.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance market presence and sales performance.

Sales Network Development:

Build and manage a national sales network, implement channel strategies, and maintain customer relationships.

Oversee marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and reputation.

Distributor Network Optimization:

In markets with weak distributors, explore alternative options and optimize the distributor network.

Inspect and evaluate business partners to ensure effective distribution and representation.

Sales Process Management:

Manage the complete sales process, including the timely collection of payments.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in home appliances in the UAE or GCC.

Skills:

Ability to cross-sell and increase the wallet share of the business.

Strong commercial and negotiation skills.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
