Key Responsibilities: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing all digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation. You will manage campaigns from concept to execution and optimize them based on performance metrics.

Performance Monitoring: A vital part of this role includes monitoring campaign performance and reporting on key metrics such as traffic, engagement, conversions, and ROI. You will also use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital dashboards to guide decisions and improve outcomes.

Content Strategy & Development: You will collaborate closely with the creative and media teams to produce compelling content that aligns with brand goals. This includes managing editorial calendars, crafting email newsletters, and optimizing landing pages to increase user engagement.

Market Research: Conduct in-depth competitor and market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and opportunities for growth. You'll continuously stay updated with new technologies and digital marketing best practices to keep Ducon Industries ahead of the curve.

Team Collaboration: As part of a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you’ll work alongside designers, developers, and sales representatives to align messaging, improve user experience, and maintain consistency across all channels.
