Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with proven experience in UAE's real estate development sector. The ideal candidate will lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness across all digital platforms.

Essential Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing within UAE's real estate development sector (mandatory)

Demonstrated track record of successful digital campaigns for property developments

Deep understanding of UAE's real estate market dynamics

Strong knowledge of luxury real estate marketing principles

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for new property developments and corporate branding

Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns for luxury real estate projects

Create and oversee content strategy across all digital platforms

Lead social media marketing initiatives focusing on luxury real estate audiences

Manage digital advertising budgets and optimize campaign performance

Oversee website content and optimization for property listings

Analyze market trends and competitor activities in the UAE real estate sector

Generate detailed performance reports and ROI analysis

Coordinate with property development teams to align marketing messages with project milestones

Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies and vendors

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field

Minimum 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years in UAE real estate development

Expert knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms

Proficiency in digital analytics and reporting tools

Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles

Experience with luxury brand marketing

Excellent project management and leadership skills

Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
