Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to promote The Song Room’s Arts Learning programs.
Manage and grow our digital presence across social media, email, and our website.
Create high-quality, engaging content (e.g., blogs, videos, graphics) that resonates with diverse audiences.
Plan and execute targeted campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and program participation.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies and maximize impact.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals and values.
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and tools to ensure cutting-edge and effective campaigns.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, preferably within the not-for-profit, education, or arts sectors.
Expertise in content creation, social media management, and email marketing.
Proficiency in digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling.
Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into impactful, results-driven campaigns.

About Us
The Song Room is the only Australian education organisation delivering multi-year, multi-artform arts learning programs with student and teacher outcomes.
2024 marks The Song Room’s 25 year anniversary. Since we started in 1999, we have been helping to close the education equity gap for children experiencing disadvantage. In the last 25 years over 500,000 students and teachers have participated in our programs.
In-class, sequential arts education programs were rolled out nationally in 2006, including schools in remote and regional locations. These programs include face-to-face and online delivery in a hybrid approach responsive to the needs of each school and their community.
